Shipping Policy

Delivery Details

You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order with us.  We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in your delivery details.  Errors may include (but are not limited to):  delivery to business premises without providing business/company name; incorrect postcode or suburb; missing unit or level number.  Any such errors or omissions in your address details may result in delays or non-delivery of your order, and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement of goods or to refund of shipping charges.

If, for whatever reason, you do not take delivery of your purchases or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us, you will be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred); or we can re-send your order and you will be responsible for paying the new delivery charges.  Please note that extra fees charged to you by third party carriers which may include (but are not limited to) Australia Post parcel storage fees are the buyers responsibility and are not payable by us.

Cancellation/Modifications of Orders

Once your order has been submitted it enters the queue for processing.  If you need to modify your order you must contact us immediately so that we can determine if we can accommodate any changes.  We are happy to help you where possible; however, once your order has been picked and packed ready for shipment changes may not be possible.  Any cancellations or modifications to existing orders may incur a 5% administration charge to any refund.

Delivery Times

Orders will be posted within 8 business hours after cleared payment has been received. We only ship orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude Queensland public holidays.

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Therefore, non-receipt of ordered goods within the indicative lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or to receive a refund for either goods or postage costs.

Carrier delays which may occur will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund.  Please see our Refund Policy section for further information.

Delivery Costs

Our shipping operators are Australia Post and Sendle couriers.

We provide Australia-wide shipping at a flat-rate of $10.95 for standard Australia Post parcels under 5 kilos.  This is regardless of the number of boxes needed for your order or the amount spent.  Express Post with Australia Post is a flat rate of $14.95 under 5 kilos. Our courier Sendle is a flat rate of $12.00 for parcels under 5 kilos.

We will contact you if your order is over 5 kilos prior to dispatch if extra charges are to be incurred.

Delivery Method

Orders are sent via either Australia Post or Sendle.  The carrier and tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once the order has been dispatched. You can track your order by entering details in Track Order on our home page.

We aim for first time delivery. If you work, have gated access to your property or live in a unit complex, please consider entering a neighbour's or relative's address so that your order can be delivered without delay.

Delivery Areas

House of Carberry delivers Australia-wide.  Some over-sized items may not be able to be sent to external territories or remote locations and we will make contact with you should your order contain such items.

International Shipping

We do not currently accept orders from outside Australia.  This may change in the future, so please check back.
